2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on the betjdp platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Terms

When creating an account, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided (name, address, email, phone number).
• A person may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account in the name of a third party is not permitted.
• The payment method used at registration (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) must be registered in the user's own name.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their password secure.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure services, betjdp reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your betjdp account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. betjdp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access if the user themselves negligently shared their credentials.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

betjdp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Proven violations of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or money laundering activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account on your own, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

All financial transactions on betjdp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• No transactions below a minimum deposit of ৳100 will be processed.
• The deposited amount is added to the account immediately (subject to system confirmation).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until KYC verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betjdp offers new members a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. This bonus can be received only once and the following terms apply:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times the total bonus amount.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.
• Bonus funds are used before cash funds.
• A bonus cannot be transferred from one promotion to another.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at betjdp:

• Each promotion applies to one account only, one device, one IP address, and one payment method.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• betjdp reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will expire.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The betjdp platform offers betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as live casino, slots, and fishing games. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in specific circumstances).
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error are not valid and may be cancelled.
• Bets placed during a match (live betting) are calculated based on real-time odds.
• betjdp reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official results announced by the relevant international body (ICC, FIFA, BPL authority, etc.) will be considered final. In the event of a game or match cancellation, betjdp will refund the bet amount in accordance with the applicable policy.

6.3 VIP Program

betjdp's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement in VIP tier depends on regular play — betjdp evaluates each user's activity and adjusts their tier accordingly. Cashback is added as bonus funds and is subject to applicable wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and fairness of the betjdp platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Money Laundering: Using the betjdp platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulation intended to gain an advantage by circumventing bonus terms.
• System Hacking: Unauthorized interference with the platform's software or security systems.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use or selling your own account.
• False Information: Using false or forged documents for identity, address, or payment details.
• Chargeback Fraud: Wrongfully filing chargeback claims against legitimate transactions.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or assisting with manipulation of the outcome of any event.
